Program Description

Our 3-session CrossFit intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way. Each session is 30-45 minutes with a coach of your choice at a time that works best with you.


Session 1: Introduction to lower body and upper body max effort, dynamic effort and other exercises.


Session 2: Introduction to weight lifting: snatch, clean, overhead press and jerk.


Session 3: Introduction to gymnastics: hollow body positioning, progressions, and more.
