TBDOur 3-session CrossFit intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way. Each session is 30-45 minutes with a coach of your choice at a time that works best with you.
Session 1: Introduction to lower body and upper body max effort, dynamic effort and other exercises.
Session 2: Introduction to weight lifting: snatch, clean, overhead press and jerk.
Session 3: Introduction to gymnastics: hollow body positioning, progressions, and more.
nutrition
No two bodies are the same. Our program pairs you with a nutrition coach of your choice (or you can be assigned) that listens and adjusts to help you optimize your anatomy and relationship with food.
Step 1: Questionnaire
Answer a few questions so we can get to know you, your lifestly, workout routine and goals.
Step 2: Meet Your Coach
Choose your coach or we can assign you a coach. Your coach will guide you through our process each step of the way to success. After all, they were once in your shoes, too!
Step 3: Set Your Goals
Your coach will tell you how many grams of protein, fat and carbs you need each day to reach your individual goal.
